I RECENTLY INTERVIEW AN AMAZING WOMEN, WHO AFTER LEARNING HOW TO BEST LOSE HER OWN BABY WEIGHT WENT ON A MISSION TO HELP OTHER MOTHERS DO THE SAME!

I SPOKE WITH RHIAN ON MY SHOW AND AFTER STRUGGLING MYSELF TO GET THE LAST 7 KGS OFF AFTER A 28 KG WEIGHT GAIN DURING A TOUGH PREGNANCY.

I STARTED HER PROGRAM JUST OVER A WEEK AGO NOW AND I AM NOT SURE WHERE MY DETERMINATION HAS COME FROM BUT I AM FOCUSSED, HOPEFUL AND DETERMINED TO GET BACK INTO MY OLD FABULOUS CLOTHES AND FEEL BEAUTIFUL IN MY OWN SKIN AGAIN.

I WOULD LOVE YOU TO JOIN ME IN MY WEIGHT LOSS MISSION.

IT WORKS LIKE THIS;

  • A SHAKE FOR BREAKFAST WITH FRUIT AND FIBRE AND PROTEINA SHAKE FOR LUNCH MUCH THE SAME.
  • 2 HEALTHY SNAKES MORNING & AFTERNOON TEA.
  • A HEALTHY DINNER.


  • LOTS OF WATER & GREEN TEA THROUGHOUT THE DAY.


                                                                          10,000 STEPS A DAY OR A 30 MINUTE WALK.

DAY ONE:
STARTING WEIGHT: 70.4KGS
PRE BABY WEIGHT IN WAS 63KGS


WEEK ONE:
69KGS - WEIGHT LOSS 1.4KGS AND 5CM OF BUST, WAIST, HIPS.


{FEELING POSITIVE, FOCUSSED AND VISUALISING MY END GOAL.. UP PACKING MY OLD CLOTHES FROM THE BOX'S IN MY GARAGE AND FEELING LIKE MY OLD SELF, DON'T LOSE SIGHT OF THE END GOAL!}
